June 29: Fourth on the Farm
Celebrate the birth of our nation!
This day will give both children and adults the time to reflect on the meaning of our American freedoms, our responsibility to our continued independence, and remember those who fought and paid the ultimate price. Be here when the Declaration of Independence is delivered from Philadelphia. Listen for the bells of the Town Crier as he gathers the crowds to hear the reading of the Declaration of Independence. Join in singing “My Country Tis of Thee” and then watch the firing of the muskets and the Brown Bess in salute to our independence!
